Food Donation

Food donation being a highly regulated practice in Belgium, all tracing related data must be compliant and easier to get. There is also a need for more associations to fill in the gaps, and more should benefit from the practice per day. What we managed to set up was an automated solution that enabled us to have more than one association each day and more transparency. It automated all reports and eased the transactions, as well as improved compliance related matters.

This required a lot of work and commitment from our consultant including the development of new partnerships with associations and new tools through Power BI for automation purposes, analyses of data and reports on food donation to identify the weaknesses and opportunities that needed to be taken into account.

The goal was to support the Green Energy Provider with its Financial Support Systems to develop and recommend areas of improvement within their existing processes.
