Combined cycle power plant

Due to suboptimal communication between team members and between teams, meeting tight deadlines becomes a challenge. Our project aimed to define the scope of action, evaluate task completion time, visualize available and required resources and budget. The real challenge was optimizing project management with different stakeholders, reducing costs and budget, and playing an active role in the brownfield engineering team.

In the end, we facilitated interaction with Engineering, Procurement, and Contracting (EPC) by overseeing parts of the power plant construction contract not covered by the builder's agreement, with a focus on managing interactions with the builder and other related projects.
